One thing that always has bothered me about my MOX6 is that when I use the rotary knobs to tweak the filter or any other parameter you can assign, the response is very sluggish and glitchy. Even a medium speed twist of the knob gets a delayed and hiccupy response from the MOX6. This severely limits its use for real time filter tweaks. I don’t want to have to assign the mod wheel in order to tweak parameters. I’m not sure if the processor is just not up to the task of making the changes quickly. I don’t recall ever experiencing that amount of delay on even my good old Motif ES. Can anyone confirm if upgrading the MOX to the MOXF means they put in a faster processor to allow smoother real time control? It’s kind of a deal-breaker for me deciding to upgrade. Thanks. Phil |

Here is another thread that has become quite popular that addresses my questions and concerns about the behavior of the performance control knobs on the MOX/F...sort of! |
