Can the Motif XF Ending type arps be used on the MOXF?

Or are they already in the arps library on the MOXF? I cannot find them if they are :(

You give us no clue how you are working. But “Ending” Arp TYPES all begin with the prefix EA or EB (for Ending A, Ending B).

If you use the MOXF6/MOXF8 Editor you can simply use the SEARCH function (magnifying glass) just TYPE in “EA_” and all the “A” Endings will appear. If you type in “EB_” all the “B” Endings appear.

In general the prefix will tell you what is suggested for a Phrase:
M is Main
F is Fill-in
B is Break
I is Intro
E is Ending

The second letter is complexity: A, B, C, D where A is less complex than D

And just FYI, the “ENDING” arps do not STOP automatically… they simply sound like an ending and have a blank measure or two at the end giving you time to manually press the ARP ON/OFF.

Thanks again BM for replying.

Okay I get that. Not auto stopping is fine..a bar is plenty of time to turn it off...it (arp stop) can be assigned to a pedal can’t it?

AFAIK, the MOXF has all the Arps that the XF has, plus another 100 of them. However, they aren’t all numbered the same - past a certain point, the new MOXF ones begin to be inserted, and therefore the XF and MOXF numbers don’t agree from that point on.
