I just bought a MM6 and i’m very happy with it. Actually living in Thailand, in a little city, it was the very one synth for sale here…

I use MM6 with the following setup, which could interest some people over here.

MM6 USB MIDI to PC running Ableton. MM6 as Master Keyboard to control Reason4 Rewired to Ableton.
MM6 MIDI Clock External
Ableton MIDI Clock External
DR880 MIDI Clock External (plugged to PC/Midiman 2x2MIDI PORT Midi out)
RC50 Guitar LoopStation as MIDI Clock Master for “everybody”.( Plugged to MIDIMAN /PC MIDI IN)

As a result, starting the RC50 (with my guitar loops) starts: Ableton/Reason sequences, MM6 arrangements, DR 880 drum and bass patterns. I can play the MM6 arrangements, arpeggios and/or Reason sounds. The MM6 as Masterkeyboard for VST or Reason is simple and efficient, transmitting the 4 controllers, wheel, bender. All the machines are perfectly synchronized, and the MM6 arpegios work fine.
Quite nice for an entry level machine. In fact, far more efficient and easy to configure than my expendive Novation SL61 MK2 that needed two weeks for the same results (with no sounds, no arrangements and a lot of unuseful hundreds of controls...)

Tomorrow, i’ll try a setup without the PC, and will post the results.

Pardon my english, as i’m ... An alien ;)-
