is possible to use MOX audio interface together will another audio interface? for example, I have Presonus FireStudio as my main interface, can i use MOX’s usb audio to stream MOX’s audio to Mac and maybe from mac to Mox?

Kinda....

You have to use the Aggregated function in osx to be able to use both at the same time. This will allow you to use both at the same time.
