Ok, so I have a Motif ES7 with 1GB RAM. I have the K-Sounds Piano 2 and the Dance Xpanded, which is absolutely the best samples I have ever purchased especially for the new Pop ballad stuff that is going on now. So I play every Sunday and do concerts and here I am sitting in the studio and traveling, constantly loading all of these samples back and fourth. My Samples total about 500MB and takes about 20 minutes to load....Not cool! I’m selling my Motif ES7 with all the expansion boards and getting the XF! I’m a big sample head and I need FLASH!

Reasons I changed my mind:
1. No load times...Plug and go!
2. 2Gig is enough for me to load some killer sounds
3. FW16E into my Logic

I’ll use my laptop to play my backing/stemming tracks and click track and use my Motif XF for sounds!

yeah i like the idea of having all my samples in one place!!! I have an xs6 and I load constantly in user banks 1-3 constantly loading over my last samples a pain in the neck!!! welcome to the upgrade brother Jamel!!!!  Ease up yamaha some gospel musicians have endorsed your products!!!  this will be my fourth!!! Motofxs6, s70xs for piano feel,Mo8 and the motifxf7 when it comes out. We gospel musicians support your products too!! easy bad mister!!! I put my money where my mouth is keep the products coming without the attitude!!!  Give the Gospel Musicians what we want!!!!!!!!!!
