Hi! I got the XS8 and it’s fantastic! I play alot on stage and i need help with one of the biggest problems i have. I play alot of Toto tunes like Africa, Hold the line, White Sister and so on… My problem takes place when the solo parts comes in. I have to change the piano sound to another sound in less then 1 second. I saw the AF buttons but i don’t really understand how to use it.

I also need a switch pedal. Please link me to a good one also. :)

most easy will be. Use songmode. Preset the sounds you need. You can switch track then. sound stays as long as you hold the last note or pedal. With AF buttons its little more complex. You have to go into edit mode.

Hi! Yeah, in song mode you can change easy, but now the footswitch comes in :P Can i change the voice in Song mode using a pedal?

In Voice mode i found the Edit Element thing and i could change the voice with the Assignable button but not with a foot switch pedal. Please help me.

I work with behringer fcb 1010 footcontroller CC 86 is AF1 CC 87 is AF2. It’s via midi. Normally it should work also with the foot switch

with the footswitch: in voice mode press utility, voice, control, set foot switch control nr 86 for AF1
