What do you intend the file to be played on? |

Cubase, but I do not have the equipment to transfer it directly to my computer. I wanted to know if, just as it is possible to export audio to a USB device, if I can export the tracks as .mid :) |

The required “equipment” should be no more than a USB cable. The easy way is covered here:

A Song’s track data can indeed be exported as an SMF (Standard MIDI File, Type 0, .MID file extension). See Saving a Song or a Pattern Section as a Standard MIDI File on page 242 of the XF Reference Manual. However, that will include only Note-on/off, tempo, and controller data (but not the XF’s tone generator parameters), and most tracks (except possibly percussion) will play back as piano. You could add Bank Select and Program Change events to an initial setup measure for each track.
Alternatively, GM (General MIDI) could be used if the GM Voices are acceptable, and the file could be played on any device having GM capability.
