Hi I play through a mono amp but use both left and right side output to get a fuller sound from the higher end of the keyboard. Last gig it sounded kind of weak and I found the only the left side works on the output and headphone jack
I am hoping a factory reboot will fix it I look through the reference and owners manual.  can anyone guide me to where it is, or what may be wrong the keyboard is about a year old.

Factory reset is covered on page 20 of the MOXF Owner’s Manual.

Yamaha can be reached at the address and phone listed on the last page of the Owner’s Manual. They can tell you where to take your MOXF if service is needed.
