Hello everyone, Iost all performances after doing a firmware update on my xs8. I’m sure this issue has come up before but I just can’t seem to find a solution. I hadn’t saved any personal data yet because I just bought the keyboard about a week ago. The original performances say something like initialize. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum.

All original data can be restored by doing a factory reset.
Press [UTILITY], [JOB], [ENTER], [YES]

Don’t put a check in the box next to “Power On Auto Factory Set” unless you want your User data to be overwritten every time the XS is turned on.
