I’ve had the AN200 and decided to put the PLG card in my Motif ES7.

I’m wondering if I can control the parameters of the sound playing thru the PLG/Motif with the AN200 surface board? namely tactile control for waveforms, filter and ADSR?

The MIDI Implementation chart says that the AN200 controls transmit MIDI. See p.118-119 in the AN200 manual. At least some of the CCs used by the AN200, like #50 and 51 to select the VCO waveforms, are not supported by the PLG150-AN board itself according to that manual.

I recall trying to use generic MIDI controller knobs to teak the AN board in my ES6 years ago and the parameters not accessible through the Motif’s own editing UI are also not accessible by MIDI CC, only sysex.

If I were you, I would just try it and see what works and what doesn’t.
