Here’s my problem:
I have two different User-Defined Performance presets (we’ll call them UDP-1 & UDP-2) with 4 Parts - the 4th being a drum preset. UDP-1 has a factory installed arpeggio assigned to Part 4 (type 4161 MA_Soft Rock). I turn on the Arp and have fun. When I turn off the Arp, only parts 1-3 play when I continue to play the keyboard - the way it should be. Part 4 is somehow muted automatically, but the light is still on (Part Mute) when I have the “Pattern Section” button turned on.
UDP-2 has a user-defined arpeggio created from an original pattern created by me. On UDP-2 I turn on the Arp and have fun. When I turn off the Arp, all 4 parts play when I play the keyboard - Part 4 is not muted like in the previous scenario. It seems there are either different settings on the Arp or the Performance presets,
If I assign my user-defined arpeggio to UDP-1, everything is great, so there has to be a setting somewhere that is defining Part 4 to only play when the Arp is on/enabled, but I can’t seem to find it. I compare the two Performance settings (UDP-1 & UDP-2) and they look the same.
It’s been driving me crazy for a while now, and I can’t nail down the problem.
