I love this site, because it gives us users the chance to interact and learn from each other, especially when you first start using the Motif, which can be overwhelming.  But spending time here and find that others have had the same questions, and the answers came swiftly, it made the Motif a pleasant experience.
Thanks to all the Guru’s and everyone who has helped make this site the goto place for answers.  I have only scratched the surface of the XF7 and have had it for 3 years, I don’t work on it that much, but when I need answers I know I can come here.

Thanks again and long live the XF!

I’m still here, snacking while I’m waiting. You know how when you go to the movies and get your popcorn & drink and you’re patiently waiting for the main feature to begin? That’s me until the door bell rings and the FEDEX guy has my Montage on his hand truck. I’ve got my box cutter here by the door. My TF1 (just arrived Friday BTW) all scribble stripped out with the proper lettering as “CP1”,"EX5r”,"DR880" and “Montage” on the analog input channels. On the USB channel inputs I hope to be able to receive all 16(8 stereo) Montage Channels thru DAW. I had to visit Amazon for the proper cables such as TRS to XLR. Not Sure why Yamaha didn’t just use XLRs like on the CP1. XLRs seem far more stable for stage work. So I’m snaking, getting fatter and watching for more DomTube Montage videos. Go DOM!!! DOMination! DOMinator! DOMinion!

The men had a good run. “There’s always next year.”

The women still could manage a win.

Yes indeed. Tonight the better team won. Hat’s off to them.
The camera angles drove me nuts. I could care less what an ankle biting lap dogs’ view of the game is from 4 inches above the floor. Save it for the runway in Milan.

We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

One more to go.

Anyone else notice a whole host of top forum members don’t seem to be contributing much any more?

Cue tumbleweeds.

It’s probably because the Montage was sorta a letdown in the total workstation dept.

So it’s back to the quiet concentration on our Motifs.

One more to go.

The toughest of all. Undefeated Uconn starring our own local gal Breanna Stewart. A win would be so sweet but I fear it may be a tough row to hoe.

I’ve seen no evidence of this. Perhaps it can be proven on You Tube?

Another trash comment from a stone.

You’re maligning the wrong person. Have you looked in the mirror lately, purcell? Some self-reflection seems appropriate.

Q - How many purcells does it take to change a light bulb?

A - Just the one. He couldn’t figure it out so he pursued a vendetta against the light bulb manufacturer spanning several years.

He emailed them links to you tube videos showing light bulbs working correctly and posted ‘light bulb tutorial dumps’ on their forums.

He’d been using candles all along and still is.

It seems that was the case. Next time.
