No sound from my PLG150-DX on my Motif Rack Es

Just finished buying a PLG150-DX for my Motif Rack ES. I plugged the board into slot 2 everything seems to be working except I can’t hear any sound from any of the voices! I have the PLG150-PF in slot 1and it’s working perfect. Can someone please help me out with this issue! I’m not sure why I can’t hear any sound from the board! Thanks

I read the threads earlier today, thank you however I’m encountering another issue, for example I’ve selected
PLG2: 001 which is
Kb: DX E.Piano
number = 011[silence]
Bank 035/002
Number 011[silence]
I’m not getting the name of the voice instead I’m getting a number with the word silence. I’m not sure if this is what’s causing the issue with not hearing the sound of the voices; FYI: this applies to all the voices

Have you checked your port settings? PLG boards should be on port 2.
But, you should check at first connection with intenal connector and try to reconnect your board again.
