Not sure if you ever got an answer but here is what Andy M told me I needed for the MOX 6.

In Sonar, you can set up a MIDI instrument for the MOX so you can easily change patches.  Cakewalk doesn’t provide a MOX .ins file, but it does provide one for the MOTIF XS - use that.  It has the same internal voice structure as the MOX.  It makes selecting voices on your new, shiny MOX a breeze.
