Hello,
can Motif send midi to external realtime midiprocessor BEFORE triggering the internal sound generator with midi?

thanks

Yes. If that “external realtime midiprocessor” (?) is capable of echoing the MIDI signal back to the Motif.

Thank you!
What does it mean? I am thinking of midiprocessors in vst format or standalone programs. That “echo”, should it go to midi-in on Motif? Should LOCAL on Motif be off? I need some explanations, please?

thanks

Let`s say, if I use some simple note-transposer in vst format inside a vst host, can midinotes form Motif or MOX be processed by it and then sendt back to the soundgenerator on Motif or MOX? What kind of midisetup could allow this?
