Have seen new XS6 for around $1700. Are the new features / sounds on the XF worth an additional $800?

For home usage, go for the xs. For stage usage / proffessional usgae / touring, XF for the flash memory.

Guitar Center online is selling the XS6 for $1799.

I bought my XS6 for 1699$ on black friday 3 years ago.
800$ more for cut down version definitely not worthy for me,
it would be actually silly to buy it…

I would buy a $1700 XS6 before I buy a $2300 XF6 without a ?. If you have $2399 plus tax you can get the XS8 new at GC or a XS7 for $2499. Yes you can get the XS8 for less than a XS7 because they sale more 6 and 8 than 7’s. GC has a big stock of motif 6 and 8 the price you see $1799 is not a price drop just a one mo.sale. The XS price drop will come when the XF come to GC. Yes I know the cost. Cost of the XS6 will drop to $1699. So go to GC tell them Youdog and Delirium paid $1699 they will look it up HELL just call Keyfax. GC most likely add tax Keyfax most likely no tax. Tell Keyfax that GC has the XS6 for $1799 tell Keyfax that Youdog and Deliium paid $1699. But if you can get the XF6 on a open sale next mouth for $1999 go with it. New is not away better but some time it is, this time it’s a little better.
