I happen to have a killer brass section that I had for my Kurzweil K2600.  It is made up from samples of different older synths, but has the punch and reality to use for big brass bands such as Earth, Wind and Fire and other bands like this.

The sound is in .krz format and will share it if someone can translate this to the Motif ES and XS.  I have been unsuccessful in attempting to re-create this sound.

Why you dont use the sampling option?

I got this sound from a friend and was hoping that someone who had a translator could convert it to either the XS or ES.

I could probably just sample the sound, however it would be nice if it was translated with mapping, samples, etc.

i am looking for the ultimate brass sound for the Motif XS.  i was going to purchase some wicked sounds from ‘DaSample’, but the site have been unavailable for the past 3 x months ??

The Kurzweil/hybrid patch sounds awesome (in my MIND anyway).  Would love to hear it..............

Failing that, is there anywhere which sells the highest quality brass sounds which i could load onto a Motif XS module (and not require me to take a laptop on gigs) ??
