Hi Jazzman65. I like your song, your guitar playing and: mute trumpet!

Well arranged. Combination guitar and mute trumpet!

Michael

Nobody ís able, after my reply, to see, who is the composer of this song. I write songname and “by mmusic” I think Keyfax works with it.

Typing as I listen to this:

NIce intro, but mix needs thump, because I like that stuff. LOL
Bring down the drums,,hey nice chords and bass lick in the transition.

HETY, HOW DID YOU GET THE NAME TO SHOW UP?
It says “A bit of Miles” has your name as well.
Does this mean that the song bug is fixed, whereas it no longer says “index” in the title?

THanks for sharing your work,,,and I might repost my track today, if this bug is inded fixed, for right now, it says Error on page on my screen...grrrrrrrr

hi jazz

i like everything about this song, except one, the guitar voice, feels like it’s coming from one of my old casio keyboards. i would change it with a better guitar sound, or instead make it a two trumpet song.

cheers

Very good work, Jazzman!  Hey, I’m jealous.  Guess I better start gettin’ to work, eh (lol).

At first I wasn’t really feeling the guitar but after carefully listening, it began to grow on me.  Like it!  Perhaps you could “turn down” the drums just a bit, though - just an opinion.

I’m curious, and this is for all the composers out there.  If you had to play what you created on the XS live or if you wanted to publish your work, would you be able to do it?  That is, would you be able to notate what you created?  Do you remember or know all the notes you’ve played?

Hi Jazzmzn65, this is your niche and your style reflects in your playing. very nice chord progressions, overall the track is not bad at all.

Hey thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions.  Hncheema your right everything I use right now is a free plug in or it’s a demo so a lot of the instruments that I use sound like crap, but I will try and find a better guitar voice I have not purchased anything yet money is tight right now, but I am leaning towards an S90ES I believe that is the name of it and software based instruments I have a Yamaha YPT 400 as my controller.  Rajaman I was not crazy about the guitar part either it started as a fretless bass but I could not find one that sounded decent so I tried to tweak it and did something that made it sound like a electric guitar now I don’t know what I did but I could not get the fretless sound back so I left it alone and now it’s a guitar. I could notate the chord progressions and the intro.  The solo parts of this song was actually a exercise on improvisation for me I played the solo parts in real time because I was trying to learn how to tie chord progressions with note selection.  Thanks again everyone for listening.

jazzman65, you can mark your name etc. in an .mp3 file prior to
posting it here.
Everybody will see your name and all data you provided
when they play your song in Media Player.
Use the attached “Tagscanner” program.

I know my information is marked on the mp3 that is attached here.  I use Goldwave and it has an option to let you add your information to an mp3 or a wav for that matter.  Thanks sciurware good looking out.
