Anybody that extensively used both ?

I have an XS8 and it still astounds me and is probably the greatest production synth made at its time. What Korg Kronos e.g. offers still sounds too stiff to me and I prefer the XS8. So you get an idea of my taste.

What I want to hear from you is if the MODX8+ is worth the money as compliment to the XS8 or are they too similar.
I generally only buy keyboards which dont have too much overlap.
From what I heard on youtube, it sounds pretty different but I cannot be the judge.
