Hello dear XS users, I am asking on help for my XS8 startup issue.

My XS8 is freezing at the startup. I’ve browsed for solutions from internet and tried implement these methods but still not working.

1) Successfully update to latest XS8 V1.6 firmware > reboot > freeze at startup screen

2) Downgrade to V1.12 > reboot > freeze at startup screen

3) Update to V1.6 again > reboot > freeze at startup screen

4) Try enter “REMOTE” + [REC] (Normal test mode) > freeze at startup screen

5) Try enter “REMOTE” + [STOP] (MAC mode) > freeze at startup screen
(I don’t have a PC window (Macbar program) on hand, so I just have a try to enter this mode without connecting any computer.)

5) Try “REMOTE” + [PLAY] (System dump mode), it has response, I can successfully get some file to usb flashdrive, but I have no idea what they are.
i) motifxs_rw.img
ii) ngs-release

Does anyone have similar situation? Or anyone can help advising my question? Thank you
