I have a Motif ES8 and used 15 of my 16 tracks recording a song.  I need 3-4 more tracks.  How can I take say 3 existing tracks and download them into one single track, making new tracks available?

Sorry, but it’s not as simple as merging MIDI data from multiple tracks into one.
