I’m new here and I’m going to be new with Yamaha MOXF6.

I need to know if MOXF6 (or MX61) is fully usb class compliant to be fully compatible with all features of ROLI Seaboard Rise.

Do you know that?

The MOXF6 is not class compliant.
The original MX61 is not class compliant.

For the Version 2 MX series (MX BK/BU/WH), this is what Yamaha has to say:

OS V1.10 allows connection to iOS. The MOXF6 and MOXF8 can be used by CC (Class Compliant) .
You can use Stereo Audio In/Out and MIDI In/Out with iPhone and iPad* through Apple’s Lightning - USB Camera Adapter.
Combining the MOXF with an iOS audio application, such as Cloud Audio Recorder, you can get a mobile audio recording solution.”

What does it means?
With this update can I use MOXF6 with Seaboard?

What does it means?

It means that the class compliance is limited to the iOS devices that are listed.

I suggest that you contact Yamaha Support in your country (usually listed on the last page of the Owner’s Manual), and ask them which models might work directly with the ROLI Seaboard.
