I see nothing in the release notes about it, but does this editor upgrade allow the editor to be seen as VST?  Or will that be a separate plug-in/software?

Version 1.1.1 is an update to the Studio Manager version of the Motif XS Editor… I’m pretty sure it is clear about that.

Yes, It is clear in the fact that it says nothing about VST in the release.  Doesn’t say much else about it.  That, and I suppose some of us like myself who have been anxious for the VST editor, but totally ignorant about it from top to bottom, just don’t know =D
Just threw me off with all the talk about the “new editor” that will be released soon will allow the rack xs to be recognized as a VSTi. 

Then this update was released…
