i listen low noise from the outputs(phone,L&R AUDIO OUT) of motif es (like electricity noise)only if i open my volume to max (motif es volume fader)...i have 4 years my motif and now do this noise...i try to put my motif toy other power source alone..but is the same problem...help please

To try to help, you should clarify this:
1) Did you hear noise when ONLY Motif is operating?
In that case you should check your cables first and/or
your amplifyer and speakers.
2) If you hear noise only when connecting Motif to computer through USB cable, than you should buy some device for hum eliminating (it’s not so expensive, ~20$). I’m using Behringer HD400.

Good advice. Sound like you are getting ground noise due to a connection to a computer. If it gets worse when the computer is accessing the drive you will know for sure.

Get a Hum Eliminating DI Box.

i listen the noise with my headphone or jack cable (connect to my monitor)..i test many cable but the noise still here...with usb connection to pc the noise is biger..this midi(normal 5pin) the noise is smaller..but if my volume is to 50% All is fine..is the first time for the last 4 year...:(
and the max volume level of my ES7 is more higher of the max level of my XS8...many times my es7 if i “rec” with cubase essential4 my midi notes is out of time to playback mode..

The problem you are reporting is one that many of us have experieinced. The hum is caused by what’s known as a ground loop. The solution (as suggested by the previous posters) is to get a DI box that you can connect to the audio outputs of Motif ES.
