I recently contacted Yamaha with a service/support related question on an expansion board for my Motif ES7. I just want to say that when I called, I got to talk to a real person in under about 2 minutes. The person I talked with was helplful and when he didn’t know the answer got me in touch with someone who did know the answer. I also sent them an email followup and was answered back in a couple hours.
