Im picking up the MO6 tomorrow. I was wondering if I put a flash drive in the usb to device with a midi track{song} on it,will it display the different tracks so I can mute or change the voices and play over the midi file

Yes you can,
And i work this way all the time.

But, the first time you load a midi file, it will sound strange. This is because motif will not load gm instruments.
What you should do is, go to mixing, and voice, and change the MSB parameter to GM (it will be the first preset bank by default).
