in the manual they specify how to select a voice, set the keyrange of a voice on the keyboard, and set
the velocity switching for each voice on the performance mode But they didnt tell you how to change
the volume of each voice and how to change the pitch.. since most likely you would be using splits
and layers on a performance mode..

Plz help me on how to set the volume and pitch of every voice in the Performance mode?

Thanks!

Re: Performance Question

RayKeys,
That’s done in the Performance Element configuration.

I set up a performance that included OBOE, FLUTE, SOPRANO SAX, and BASSOON for a concert a few years back.

Each element was based on Key Range, so all I had to to was toggle octaves on my WX5 to change instruments.

Then, in each of the Performance Parts, I changed the pitch back to the normal range for the instruments (even though I might be “Playing” four octaves below.

See page 33/34 of the manual for the exact parameters to change.
