I just received my YBS882 soft case to minimize breaking keys on my ES8 when lugging around. The case comes with a full lenght movable padded filler piece that appear to fit on top of the keys, but depress the keys when zipped. This can’t be very good for the key springs, especially during extended storing in the bag. The bag doesn’t come with any directions - so does anyone have any experience or recommendations on how to pack it?

Algotson,

I’ve been using an ES7 soft case for about five years now. I move my board weekly with this case. That padded piece is there to protect your keys so I wouldn’t leave it out. I haven’t had any problems using mine.

I had a similar piece in the soft case for my S90. I never could figure out just where it was supposed to fit and got tired of it getting in the way, so I tossed it.
