What is the factory installed sample memory size?  It appears from the literature that all sampling memory is an option?  Did I miss something?

How much will it cost to max it out in memory (approx.)?

No sample memory comes installed from the factory. 512MB (2 256MB SIMMs) is between $50-$100.
