Hey
I own the motif XS06 and am having some small trouble in Performance mode.
I would like to have the drums with an arpegio ("hold" is on), and everyother voice to not, this all works fine but whenever i play a new key, the drum arpegio starts again, and i would rather it just continued playing what it was doing.
cheers
thanks
hurley

Re: Help with drum arps.

If HOLD is ON then the arpeggio should continue to play even when you lift your finger. If it is stopping then check your hold parameter again.

If you are experiencing a Crash cymbal when you re-trigger a note, perhaps you have the ACCENT VELOCITY THRESHOLD parameter set to trigger an accent at a specific velocity value. YOu can either raise that velocity level or turn the function OFF.
Press [EDIT]
Press a Select button [1]-[4] to select the PART with your drums
Press [F2] ARP MAIN - check your HOLD parameter
Press [F3] ARP OTHER - set ACCENT VELOCITY THRESHOLD to OFF

Hope that helps.
