I have the Motif 8 - a few years old - and an older version of Mbox/Pro Tools - 6.4 - IBook with old processor - not looking to spend $$$.  Am finishing school right now.  I need to locate a downloadable driver for the 8 to communicate with my MBox.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You do not need any specific driver for the Motif 8 to communicate with your computer. Check the documentation that came with your MBox for any driver that it uses. I assume the MBox is going to be your audio/MIDI interface to the computer… so it needs the driver.

The Motif 8 you simply connect to the MBox… via audio cables (guitar cables) and MIDI cables.
