Okay I have read through a lot of posts, but have not found a definitive answer.

Can you, via the editor, bulk dump “lots” of 128 multis at a time to the rack?

In other words in one pass export all of the 128 preset multis in bank 2 to the xs rack replacing all 128 on the rack itself or can you only do it one at a time?

Just to keep the subject in line with the topic heading, I’ll put this here…

Check out this thread, and read the second post written by Yamaha_US. According to him, help is on the way.

There is third party software from John Melas on the way as well. Both will be welcome additions.

PS: In a way I can now see what BM was saying, but it would still be nice to be able to bulk dump back to the PC the favourites bank as a whole, just to save it.

And on the subject of John Melas, I got an email from him this morning, and it seems he is thinking of releasing the editing software sans librarian support, just to get something out there.

I wrote back to him saying, it wasn’t a problem for me if he did that.
I can always wait for the librarian support, and I suspect others can too, but lets get the editing suite now, or as soon as he can.

What do others think? And if you agree send him a message
