Hello… I’ve been trying to do this for some time now. Lets say I record a piano melody. Then I want to see how that would sound as an acoustic guitar. I know how get that acoustic guitar playing my melody, but how do I keep it there without clearing the the track and rerecording. I’ve tried to store it but that wont work. The guitar will be there until I push the rewind(locate) button and the piano sound comes back. By the way I am using the Motif ES6. Thanks in advance.

Re: Change track voice in pattern mode?

Press Pattern
Press F3 Track
Press SF3 Tr Vce (Track Voice).

Turn off those tracks as you’d like.

Press Mixing and try different voices until you find one you like. Press Store to lock in the voice, and be sure to save the file as usual.

Bob
