I’m just getting my feet wet and I’ve been experiencing alot of CRASHES on my motif and/or sonar while I’m using them.

I have a Sonar 7 Demo and Running it on Windows Vista.

Is this a common problem??

Not common at all; especially a MOTIF crash…

Re: I’m brand new to this Cakewalk to Motif thing.

Very easy to have this happen if your midi settings are incorrect. It has to do with which device is the master and what method is being used to sync them up. Go back and read that older post I referred you to the other day. I had exactly the same problems until I fixed the midi signals between my Motif and Sonar. That older post has exact setup instructions from Bad_Mister in there. He ain’t telling no lies and it’s all still true.

No kidding.
