Heyya !
Does anyone here use the n12 hooked onto the MSP 7 Studios.

I have something weird going on when they are connected.

Get a continuous hiss from both the speakers when connected to the n12.
No mic, instrument is connected to the n12.

And to verify if its some problem with the MSP, I connected my XS directly to the MSP and there was no problem at all.

In a GearSlutz forum, GeoSync had told me that there were issues with the early MSP7 Studios and the n12.
Anyone here experience what I’m going through ?

You need to have your MSP7 Studios serviced… there was an issue with the first shipment and only when plugged into a digital console like the n12… GeoSync is a Yamaha Corp of America, Product Manager and what he told was absolutely correct.

The units in the USA were all updated and corrected. You should have yours done as well.  Contact your local Yamaha distributor.
