My motif will play the sounds but when i goto record my fl studio always jams up then i unplug the motif from my usb and fl is fine and unjams

i have my motif midit out going into my mbox2 midi in

like i said the sounds work but when i goto record [censored] just messes up any idea of whats going on

If you’re using USB, why do you have the MIDI ports connected to another device?

Yes, good question… Your Motif-Rack ES does have a clock and it is probably sending data into your system…

You need to pick a configuration, set it up properly and go with it - it seems you may be sending data in where it is not necessary… there is not enough information here to fully figure out just what is going wrong. but how do you want to setup, ideally?
