I use to be able to click in the patch field with in Sonar and when the list of patches came up, place the cursor on the firsty patch and play the Motif. then use the up/down arrows on the computer keyboard to scroll through the different sounds to addition them.
I does not do this anymore. What am I missing?

Re: additioning sounds in Sonar

If you have a MIDI track highlighted and the INPUT is set to wherever your keyboard is and the OUTPUT is set to the port for your sounds (e.g. Motif via USB or other MIDI interface or mLAN, etc) - set the appropriate bank. Then move the cursor to Patch # - then you can use the + and - keys to increment/decrement respectively, the patch #. The up and down arros ar on the dialog box and you can “push” them with your mouse
