How do I reset to default settings on PLG board and ES. I reset reverb and EQ.

You posted in the Motif Rack forum - yet you say ES… do you have a Motif Rack ES or a Motif ES?

Anyway for the Motif-Rack the Factory reset is as follows:
Press [UTILITY]
PAGE [>] to the last screen JOB SEL
Cursor DOWN to “Factory Set”
Press [SHIFT] + [ENTER] twice.
