i can’t figure it out. i have a plg150-an installed in my motif rack but i can’t hear or see any of them. in voice mode when i select by category they are just before the piano sounds but i don’t see any names jsut plg1 001, plg 002...... they don’t even show up in multi at all so i wanted to know if anyone knows how to fix this or if there is some tech support nunber that i can call to get some hep on this matter.

Press [VOICE] to select VOICE mode
To change banks on the Motif Rack press the BANK [>] arrow until you arrive at the PLG1 or PLG2 bank - whichever contains your PLG150-AN.
It will move from PRE 1, PRE 2, PRE 3, PRE 4, PRE 5, GM, USR 1, USR 2, PLG 1 to PLG 2

Once you have selected the PLG150-AN by its slot, you can change banks on the AN card using a combination of buttons:

Hold [SHIFT] + BANK [>] or [<] to move between banks on the PLG150-AN

the banks you will be concerned with are as follows:

If your PLG is in SLOT 1:
PLG1PRE1 (Motif Rack Preset Plugin Voices)
036/000 (preset 1 Board Voices)
036/001 (preset 2 Board Voices)
036/002 (user Board Voices)

If your PLG is in SLOT 2:
PLG2PRE1 (Motif Rack Preset Plugin Voices)
036/000 (preset 1 Board Voices)
036/001 (preset 2 Board Voices)
036/002 (user Board Voices)
