Last weekend I loaded up the new Sonar Studio 6.21 build, released March 8, 2007, that addresses bugs in the 64-bit audio engine of version 6.2 (January build).

The January build was plagued by a bug that caused an intermittent crash recording audio using the high precision audio engine.

This weekend I had no problems at all with Sonar, including recording long audio tracks (> 20 min). I’ll keep my eyes open, but whatever was bugging the original 6.2 build apparently has been resolved by the Sonar developers.

ipgrunt, Thanks for the info, good looking out! “ll download the latest update in a little bit, I’m currently still working in Pro Tools 7.3 at the moment, working in both platforms is awsome.
